Responsibility to Update Information

No one under 18 is permitted to open an account or play on Jitaace Live. We strictly enforce this policy and may request age verification documents at any time.

Documents Required for KYC Verification

• Proof of Identity: National ID (NID), passport, or driving license.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months).
• Payment Verification: Proof of ownership of the mobile banking number used.

Supported Payment Methods

Winnings from free spin bonuses are generally credited to the bonus balance and become withdrawable once the wagering requirements are met. The weekly cashback bonus is typically issued every Monday and carries a 5x wagering requirement.

All games on Jitaace Live are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The following rules apply to gaming:

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game itself.
• If a round is incomplete due to a technical issue, Jitaace Live will resolve it based on the last confirmed state recorded on the server.
• Bets on incomplete rounds due to internet disconnection are not refunded — the result recorded on the server is final.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, the server log will be the authoritative record.

Sports Betting Rules

In Sports Betting, separate rules apply to each event. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally refunded. In live betting, odds may change during the event — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jitaace Live. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of associated funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or using more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic betting intended to circumvent bonus terms (arbing, bonus hunting).
• Fraud: Providing false information, using fake identification, or committing payment fraud.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking or Manipulation: Unauthorized access to the system or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using another person's account: Accessing or operating another member's account.

Jitaace Live believes gaming should be fun — not a source of addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly, and offer a number of tools to help:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Decide in advance how many hours a day you will spend gaming.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Take an extended break from gaming (6 months or more).

Closed by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting the request. To reopen a closed account, please contact support.

Jitaace Live reserves the right to close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or deceptive activity.
• Regulatory directives or legal obligations.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 24 months).

Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through international arbitration. Jitaace Live operates under an international gaming license.
